Video: Moment of Drone Attack on Oil Refinery Published in Ryazan

Video footage of the moment a drone attacked an oil refinery in Ryazan has been released. Earlier, the governor of the region, Pavel Mal'kov, reported that the Ryazan oil refinery was subjected to an unmanned aerial vehicle strike.

According to him, preliminary information indicates that there are casualties. “The Ryazan oil refinery has come under attack by UAVs. As a result of the strike, a fire has broken out. According to initial reports, there are injured persons. I am on site; all emergency services are working here,” the regional leader's statement reads.
