It is unacceptable and absurd talk that any community in the Tavush region can be handed over. This was stated by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.

“We are not taking a map (he showed the map of Armenia he had with him) and cutting anything off; rather, we are accurately observing that there are roads in Tavush, particularly in the area of the village of Voskepar, that legally cross the border and then re-enter the territory of Armenia. Previously, during discussions, there was a background that we might keep that section where there is a road and give an equivalent measure, but I have come to the conclusion that we should not do that. It creates additional uncertainty,” he noted.
