Russian Defense Ministry Has Not Released Information on Nagorno-Karabakh Situation for Two Months

The Russian Ministry of Defense has not published any information regarding the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh for two months. The last report was issued on January 9, 2024.

It was noted that the Russian peacekeeping contingent continues to carry out tasks at 18 observation posts located in the region. The publication stated, “No violations of the ceasefire have been recorded in the responsibility zone of the Russian peacekeeping contingent.”

The report also indicated that continuous cooperation with Baku is being maintained, aimed at ensuring the safety of the civilian population and upholding humanitarian law.
