Man Sets Fire to Relative's Car in Armavir

At around 5 PM, operational information was received at the Armavir regional police department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, indicating that a car had been set ablaze in the village of Shenavan.
According to the website, it was confirmed that the operational information was accurate, and prior to this, a call was received at the National Center for Crisis Management of the Ministry of Emergency Situations that a "GAZ 2110" make vehicle was burning on 9th Street in the aforementioned village.
Firefighters extinguished the blaze in the car; however, it was rendered inoperable.
Law enforcement officials identified the arsonist's identity, and while an investigative team was working at the scene, police and patrols located 46-year-old Karen S., a resident of Armavir region, on suspicion of setting fire to the vehicle belonging to 62-year-old Jivan S.
