Goris Mayor Arush Arushanyan's Father on Purchasing License Plate 000 OO 00: 'Hraparak'

According to the newspaper 'Hraparak', 'The auction for the 'Gold' license plates concluded on February 28, 2024. It later became known that the seven license plates were sold for 156 million drams, including the highly sought-after 000 OO 00 plate.

Today it has been revealed that the plates were purchased by 'Arantsk' LLC. An investigation by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia's state register of legal entities has shown that 'Arantsk' LLC is owned by Gagik Samveli Arushanyan, father of Goris Mayor Arush Arushanyan, who is also the director of the LLC.

In an interview with 'Hraparak', Arushanyan did not deny that he purchased the license plates and urged us not to ask him about the matter. When asked why the mayor's father decided to buy the plate, he responded, 'What’s it to you? I have no answer for you; this is none of your business.' You are the father of the Goris Mayor; you are not just an ordinary citizen. 'So what if I am the father of the Goris Mayor? Are you the one who decides what I should do? That's it,' he stated.
