Truck Loaded with 20 Tons of Wheat Overturns

Today, March 7, a major traffic accident occurred in the Lori region. Around 10:50 AM, 55-year-old Mkrtych P. from Lori drove his "Iveco" trailer truck on the 18th kilometer of the Stepanavan-Vanadzor highway when, under yet unknown circumstances, the truck overturned.

It is reported that as a result of the accident, the driver was transported to the "Stepanavan" medical center, where, according to doctors, his life is not in danger. Firefighters have disconnected the vehicle and carried out road cleaning operations. The area has been cordoned off.

According to reports, the truck was loaded with approximately 20 tons of wheat.
