«We Have Offered Armenia Interagency Consultations» - Zakharova

The spokesperson of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, commented on a journalist's question regarding Armenia's suspension of its membership in the CSTO and the failure to fulfill security obligations.

“We have approached the Armenian side to conduct interagency consultations and to address all questions. We have not yet received a response from Armenia. The EAEU is an international organization of an economic nature, and political issues are not discussed there. It brings significant benefits to Armenia, which has become a leader in recent years. Armenia has also assumed the presidency of the EAEU this year,” stated Zakharova.
