‘Visits of Defense Ministers from Various Countries to Armenia Are Painfully Perceived in Azerbaijan’ - Karen Hovhannisyan
Military expert Karen Hovhannisyan writes on his Facebook page: ‘The visits of defense ministers from several countries to Armenia are being perceived very painfully in Azerbaijan. In Baku, a media campaign has been launched, primarily through the controlled information resources of the authoritarian regime, particularly targeting Greece and France. Meanwhile, the anti-Iran campaign, which was never friendly, is gaining new momentum.
The authoritarian leader of Baku does not hide his so-called discontent, but in reality, it is anxiety regarding the recent developments in our security environment. Certain centers in Azerbaijan have started calling for an attack on Armenia as soon as possible, emphasizing that time is running out. I believe that these calls will be reframed as a public demand with all its repercussions.
Afflicted by a syndrome of victory, the authoritarian leader of Baku mentions the iron fist in all his internal meetings, as well as the so-called continuation of the victory road constructed in occupied Artsakh through the territory of the Republic of Armenia, directly threatening the territorial integrity of Armenia.
