A fire has broken out in a fuel storage facility following an attack by a Ukrainian drone in the Kursk region. Governor Roman Starovoit reported this on his Telegram channel. According to RIA Novosti, he stated, "The fuel tank is on fire, and there are no casualties." The incident occurred in the Zheleznogorsk area. The governor added that emergency services have been dispatched to the scene.

Ukrainian forces regularly shell Russian territories, launch drone strikes, and organize diversions. The threat level in the Kursk region and other border areas is categorized as high terrorist danger.
