Trump's Main Rival Announces Withdrawal from U.S. Presidential Race

Former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley has announced her withdrawal from the presidential race. In a brief speech, Haley did not urge her supporters to back Trump in the U.S. presidential elections. "It's time to suspend the campaign. I have no regrets. Although I will no longer be a candidate, I will not stop speaking about what I believe in," she said in Charleston, South Carolina.

According to the Associated Press, Haley's exit from the race for the presidential nomination has made former White House owner Donald Trump the leading contender for the Republican nomination.
