Snowfalls in Certain Regions

The Emergency Situations Service reports that there are closed roads in the territory of Armenia. The roads from the "Amberd" high-altitude meteorological station in the Aragatsotn region leading to Amberd Fortress and Kari Lake are closed.

Snow is falling in the regions of Ashotq and Amasia. According to information from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia's Emergency Situations Department and the North Ossetia Crisis Management Center of the Russian Federation, the Stepanavan-Lars road is open for all types of vehicles. Drivers are advised to use winter tires exclusively for travel.
