Azerbaijan continues to systematically destroy and appropriate not only the cultural heritage of the occupied Artsakh but also the buildings of state and private institutions. This was reported by Hayk's cultural ombudsman and Azerbaijan expert, Hovik Avanesov, on his Facebook page.

“In the latest video shared on Azerbaijani social media platforms, it is evident that Azerbaijani vandals are altering the headquarters building of the Artsakh Bank and plundering the building of the National Assembly of Artsakh,” he wrote.
