Powers of Court of Appeal and Cassation Judges Terminated

Today, by the decision of the Supreme Judicial Council, the powers of Judge Karen Mardanyan of the Court of Appeal and Judge Sergey Marabyan of the Anti-Corruption Chamber of the Cassation Court have been terminated based on their own applications.

It should be noted that, according to the procedures specified in the Judicial Code, Sergey Marabyan's powers are also terminated in his capacity as the chairman of the Ethics and Disciplinary Issues Committee of the General Assembly of Judges.
