Haley is expected to make her announcement in Charleston, South Carolina, at 10:00 AM (Moscow time 6:00 PM). In her speech, she will call on Donald Trump to gain the support of the Republicans and the independent voters who have chosen her.

As noted by the newspaper, Haley will have the opportunity to participate in the election race again in the future, but this time she faced sharp criticism from Trump, who continues to hold onto power within the Republican Party. According to the publication, Haley had previously promised to support the Republican candidate if she ended her participation, but the day before, the former U.S. permanent representative to the UN refused to confirm her allegiance to this position.
