Finland Has a New President

The second round of presidential elections in Finland has concluded with the victory of former Prime Minister Alexander Stubb. The new president has officially assumed office. This has been reported by RIA Novosti.

The inauguration ceremony for Stubb was broadcast live on Finnish television. The new president delivered a ceremonial speech in the parliament of the country.
