India Seeks Replacement for Russian Oil
India is searching for a replacement for Russian oil due to sanctions. According to executives in the oil refining sector familiar with the situation, the tightening of US sanctions is hindering oil trade between India and Russia, forcing the country to look for alternative suppliers, reports Bloomberg.
Specifically, oil supplies from Saudi Arabia to India have increased by 22% this month compared to January.
