Deputy Principals of School No. 130 Submit Resignation Requests

The deputy principals of School No. 130, named after Nairi Zaryan, who submitted their resignation requests simultaneously to the principal Nvard Hovsepyan yesterday, insist that they have no personal issues with her.

"The problem lies in the methods she employs to manage the school and the chaotic situation that has prevailed recently," the deputy principals stated in an interview with NEWS.am.

According to the principal, a pedagogical council meeting was taking place at the school prior to the arrival of parents, during which the same issue was discussed. The deputy principals' resignation requests have not yet been reviewed by the principal.

It is worth mentioning that the day before, parents of students at Nairi Zaryan School No. 130 held a protest in the schoolyard, demanding a meeting with principal Nvard Hovsepyan. The parents pointed out that during the 1.5 years of the new principal's tenure, dozens of teachers have left the school voluntarily. Yesterday, three deputy principals also simultaneously submitted their resignation requests.
