Unexpected Magnetic Storm Hits Earth
Powerful eruptions on the Sun have led to an unexpected magnetic storm on Earth, reports the Phobos Weather Center.
According to RIA Novosti, "Modeling forecasts did not anticipate the development of magnetic storms today, which allows us to suggest that the ongoing storm will not become more intense and will soon cease. This is the first magnetic storm since the beginning of the year,” the forecasters said.
Meteorologists explained that after three powerful eruptions, some solar material has struck Earth. During strong magnetic storms, people can experience headaches, weakness, increased blood pressure, and insomnia. Scientists attribute this to the fluctuation of the magnetic field, which slows down capillary blood flow and causes a lack of oxygen in the tissues.
