Under What Circumstances Will the Community Unilaterally Terminate Contracts? Meeting with Developers

The Deputy Mayor of Yerevan, Levon Hovhannisyan, met with representatives of construction companies. The deadlines for overdue constructions related to urban development projects were discussed. This information was reported by the mayor's office.

The Deputy Mayor emphasized that if the obligations set before him are not fulfilled within the stipulated time, the community will unilaterally terminate contracts with the respective organization. “Sufficient time and opportunities have been given to the construction companies to complete their work, but this time the decisions and further steps are clear; construction facilities must be handed over for operation within as short a term as possible,” noted Levon Hovhannisyan.

Representatives of the construction companies, for their part, presented the reasons for the delays and the issues that arose during the execution of the work.
