Levon Kocharyan and Sergey Asaturov's Restraint Measure Not Lifted
The prohibition of the restraint measure selected for Levon Kocharyan, the son of the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, and Sergey Asaturov remains unchanged. The Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction, presided over by Judge Karen Farkhoyan, rejected the defense's request to lift the prohibition of the restraint measure.
