A Brawl Occurred Among Participants of the 'Public Television' Program

A disturbing incident took place a few days ago in the yard of 'Public Television,' where political scientists Suren Sahakyan and Areg Kochinyan clashed physically and verbally during a debate invitation to H1. This was reported by 'Haykakan Zhamanak.'

The altercation was so intense that law enforcement arrived at the scene. A report regarding the brawl has been submitted to the police. The press secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Narek Sargsyan, stated that both parties involved have filed reports with the police, and the relevant documents have been sent to the Investigative Committee.

Suren Sahakyan confirmed the information, stating that the cause of the brawl was insulting remarks made by Areg Kochinyan during the televised debate. “There was an atmosphere of intolerance from Areg Kochinyan, aggressive behavior, and he sometimes insulted me, which resulted in this,” Sahakyan said.

Areg Kochinyan has not responded to phone calls.
