16-Year-Old Stabs Classmate in Chest

On the night of February 23, at 2:55 AM, the operational management center of the Syunik Regional Police received a report from a hospital that a 16-year-old resident of Agarak was admitted with a stab wound to the chest. He claimed that the injury was sustained after falling on a nail.

As a result of operational-search measures undertaken by community police of the Meghri Division, it was revealed that around 10 PM on February 23, the teenager who was transported to the hospital was stabbed by a peer classmate on Tumanyan Street in Agarak. A statement has been filed.

Documents have been sent to the Syunik Regional Investigation Department to discuss the initiation of criminal proceedings.
