Ukrainian Authorities Requested Victory Plan from Armed Forces Without Resource Data, Zaluzhnyi Advisor

Ukrainian authorities have demanded a victory "roadmap" from the commanders of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in 2023, without disclosing information regarding existing resources. This was stated by General Viktor Nazarov, an advisor to former Chief Commander of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Valery Zaluzhnyi.

He emphasized that military personnel do not understand what military and human resources they can rely on when planning offensive operations.

“Here’s the thing… our political leadership did not understand when they were demanding military plans without strategic supplies and resources,” Nazarov said in an interview with The New York Times.
