A New Azerbaijani Aggression Against Armenia is Possible: Nikol Pashinyan
Nikol Pashinyan stated in an interview with France 24 that after analyzing the statements from official Baku, it is concluded that a new attack on Armenia is likely.
"Yes, an attack on Armenia is likely. Why? Because, for example, statements regarding 'Western Azerbaijan' are frequently made from Baku, and in short, they name the Republic of Armenia as 'Western Azerbaijan'," Pashinyan said.
He emphasized that Ilham Aliyev is not looking for a peace agreement based on mutual recognition of territorial integrity but rather aims to seize new territories in Armenia.
Responding to accusations from Baku regarding French weapons being sent to Armenia, Pashinyan denied that Paris is adding fuel to the fire and highlighted that Azerbaijan is spending billions of euros on its own armament.
