Uzbekistan Confident in Putin's Victory in Presidential Elections

Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, during a meeting with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin, stated that the republic is confident in Putin's victory in the upcoming presidential elections and is anticipating a visit after the elections.

According to ''RIA Novosti'', Mirziyoyev arrived in Kazan for a working visit to attend the opening ceremony of the 'Future Games' international tournament.

“I believe that Uzbekistan is confident in your absolute victory. And, as we agreed, one of the first visits will be to Uzbekistan,” Mirziyoyev said during his meeting with Putin, assessing the forthcoming presidential elections.
