KP Deputies Reluctant to Move to Executive, Avoid Daily Interaction with Pashinyan: 'Joghovurd'
According to the 'Joghovurd' newspaper, members of the ruling 'Civil Contract' faction are refusing to transition to the executive branch, avoiding direct daily interactions with Nikol Pashinyan.
'Joghovurd' has previously reported that Pashinyan intends to conduct a 'cleansing' in the executive, aiming to dismiss several ineffective ministers. However, it appears that Pashinyan's pool of potential candidates is so limited, lacking experienced professionals, that he is struggling to find replacements.
Reportedly, Pashinyan wanted to effectively bring legislators into the executive branch, even offering them various ministerial positions, but KP deputies have declined for various reasons, attempting to avoid irritating Pashinyan.
Additionally, it has been disclosed that the deputies prefer to stay out of Pashinyan's immediate oversight and avoid daily confrontations with him. Furthermore, KP members feel more comfortable in parliament, considering the position of deputy to be more prestigious, which is why they are reluctant to move to the executive branch.
