Issues Reported in Telegram App Functionality

There has been an outage in the operation of the Telegram messenger. This information is reported on the Downdetector service website.

The first issues with both the mobile and browser versions of the messenger were recorded at 14:08 Moscow time (15:08 Yerevan time). Users are reporting difficulties in uploading files and sending text messages.

According to Downdetector, problems with Telegram's functionality are being observed worldwide, with the majority of complaints coming from users of the mobile application. A total of 490 users have reported issues regarding the outage.
