American economist Dalip Singh, known as the "architect" of anti-Russian sanctions, will return to the White House for work. This was reported by the Axios portal, as conveyed by RIA Novosti.
The platform reports that Mike Pyle, who replaced Singh, will leave his position at the end of February. Singh is expected to help coordinate the U.S. stance at the G7 and G20 summits, which will take place in June and November.
Singh served as the Deputy Assistant to the President for International Economic Affairs from February 2021 to June 2022, a position he left for family reasons.
