Foreign Ministers of Turkey, Georgia, and Azerbaijan to Meet in March
A trilateral meeting of the foreign ministers of Azerbaijan, Turkey, and Georgia will take place in March this year, according to Interfax-Azerbaijan, citing the Georgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
This was mentioned during a meeting in Ankara between Georgian Foreign Minister Ilia Darchiashvili and his Turkish counterpart Hakan Fidan.
The parties highlighted the importance of the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway and the development of the Middle Corridor during their discussions. They also emphasized the necessity of high-level visits and the significance of the format of the Georgia-Turkey High-Level Strategic Cooperation Council (HLSC).
In discussing the successful implementation of the Georgia-Turkey-Azerbaijan trilateral cooperation format, the ministers noted that the trilateral ministerial meeting of the heads of foreign relations departments of Georgia, Turkey, and Azerbaijan will take place in March.
