Potential for Deterioration in Situation, Says US Ambassador to Azerbaijan

“We urge both parties to refrain from escalating the situation and encourage them to engage in dialogue,” the US ambassador said.

It is noteworthy that on February 13, starting at 05:30, units of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces opened fire with small arms toward Armenian positions in the vicinity of Nerk’in Hand, resulting in 4 deaths and 1 injury.
