Gunshots in Armavir Region

According to Shamshyan.com, on February 15, operational information was received at the Armavir regional division of the Armenian Police and the Vagharshapat police station that a group of young people was firing shots with a weapon-like object in the village of Shahumyan.

The police arrived at the village just in time to witness the mentioned individuals shooting in various directions with a rifle along with several friends. It was revealed that Aram M. had purchased the rifle days earlier from a hunting shop in Echmiadzin, but without the necessary permit.

In a conversation with a photojournalist, one of the shooters stated that they were targeting quails as they were eating the wheat they had planted.
