Biden Orders Direct Dialogue with Russia

U.S. President Joe Biden has instructed the American administration to initiate direct dialogue with the Russian Federation regarding Moscow's alleged development of anti-satellite weapons. This was announced during a press briefing by John Kirby, the Coordinator for Strategic Communications at the National Security Council.

"He (Biden) has ordered a number of preliminary steps to be taken, including regular press briefings in Congress, direct diplomatic relations with Russia, as well as with our allies and partners, and other countries whose interests are affected," he stated.
