“That’s stupid, that’s shameful”: U.S. President Joe Biden responded to former President Donald Trump’s statements about his reluctance to defend NATO allies.
“No other president in our history has ever bowed to Russian dictators. Let me be very clear—I will never bow. My God, that is shameful, it is dangerous. This is not what America stands for,” said Joe Biden.
It is noteworthy that Trump had stated that if any NATO country fails to pay its dues, he might encourage Russia to attack that country.
