Number of Taxpayers Reported for Violating Cash Register Rules: SRC
The State Revenue Committee reports that during January 2024, there have been 729 cases of violations of cash register operation rules, resulting in fines amounting to 189.5 million drams. Among the recorded violations, five cases saw fines of 1.0 million drams or more imposed on five taxpayers, totaling 7 million drams.
This information was provided by the SRC of Armenia. The sectors where fines of 1.0 million drams or more for violating cash register operation rules were reported include:
- In the public catering sector, 2 taxpayers faced 2 cases with fines totaling approximately 2.43 million drams.
- In the grocery sector, 2 taxpayers had 2 cases with fines totaling approximately 3.5 million drams.
- In the confectionery industry, 1 taxpayer was fined 1.07 million drams in 1 case.
