January Revenue from Red Lines for Community Budget Revealed
As of January 31, 2024, drivers of vehicles utilizing paid parking areas (red lines) in zone 'A' have made a total of 3,090 payments corresponding to the annual rate of 160,000 AMD. This information was provided by the Yerevan Municipality in response to a written inquiry from Sputnik Armenia.
According to the written response from the municipality, in addition to the annual payment of 160,000 AMD, drivers made 1,600 monthly payments (18,000 AMD per month), 715 weekly payments (5,000 AMD per week), and 1,290 daily payments (2,000 AMD per day).
This results in a total revenue of 529,355,000 AMD for the community budget from the red lines in zone 'A' in January.
Simultaneously, in zone 'B', there were 3,500 payments according to the annual rate of 24,000 AMD, 430 monthly payments (4,000 AMD per month), 93 weekly payments (2,000 AMD per week), and 312 daily payments (1,000 AMD per day).
Thus, a total of 86,218,000 AMD was collected for the community budget from red lines in Yerevan's zone 'B' in January.
Overall, the total revenue from red lines for January was 615,573,000 AMD.
