My Step MP Armen Khachatryan believes that the situation that occurred today in Nerkhin Hand has happened before and will happen again.

"We simply need to minimize these occurrences, for which several works are necessary, being done in both the political, diplomatic, and military fields," he said in a conversation with reporters at the National Assembly.

According to Khachatryan, it is important that such incidents do not escalate further.

He thinks that an internal investigation will be carried out at the Ministry of Defense to determine how this provocation arose and what its causes were.

It was reported that on February 13, as a result of Azerbaijani Armed Forces firing towards the positions of the Armenian forces deployed in the Nerkhin Hand area, there were 4 casualties and 1 injury on the Armenian side (the condition is assessed as moderate, and there is currently no threat to life).
