Rubén Hayrapetyan Wanted by Authorities Starts Hotel Business in Moscow

Rubén Hayrapetyan, the former president of the Football Federation of Armenia (2002-2018) and a former member of parliament (2003-2012), is reportedly starting a business in Moscow despite being wanted by Armenian law enforcement. This was reported by the news outlet 'Hetq'.

The company 'RRR LLC' was registered a month ago, on January 10. Rubén Hayrapetyan is listed as the general director. The primary focus of the company is the hotel business, but it also lists construction of residential and non-residential buildings, specialized construction activities, restaurant services, provision of beverages, activities of travel agencies, operation of massage parlors, fitness centers, and beauty salons among its endeavors.

Based on this information, it can be inferred that Rubén Hayrapetyan is indeed starting a hotel business in Moscow. His company is registered in the Ramenki district of the Russian capital, specifically at 70 Mosfilmovskaya Street. This address is part of a residential complex called 'Vorobyovy Gory', consisting of seven buildings, which was commissioned in 2005.

It is possible that Hayrapetyan resides in this complex and has registered his newly established company at his residence. Moreover, Hayrapetyan has a similarly named company in Armenia, known as 'RRR Mineral Water Factory', which is better recognized by its brands 'Dzhni' and 'Noy'. The sole shareholder of this company is Hayrapetyan's son, Rafik Hayrapetyan.

It is important to note that Rubén Hayrapetyan is wanted in Armenia and is under investigation for two criminal cases, one being examined by the Investigative Committee and the other by the Anti-Corruption Committee.
