PHOTO: Ukrainian Foreign Minister Bitten by Dog
The Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba has been bitten by a dog. He shared this incident on his social media pages today.
“A large dog, which was brought out without a leash and muzzle, attacked my dogs during a walk and simultaneously me,” Kuleba wrote.
He also reported that he went to the hospital and published a photo of his bloodied leg showing the bite marks.
