Ilham Aliyev Wins with 92.12% of Votes, Reports Azerbaijan's CEC

The corresponding decision was made during the CEC meeting on February 11, where the results of the presidential elections were reviewed and discussions were held regarding the submission of the CEC report on the election results along with relevant documents to the Constitutional Court.
