Despite Known Political Difficulties, Ties with Yerevan Have Been Maintained at All Levels: Zakharova
The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry has stated that the regular covert communications between the presidents of Russia and Azerbaijan, Vladimir Putin and Ilham Aliyev, have added a common hue to Russian-Azerbaijani relations, including commercial and industrial cooperation.
This was stated by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, while commenting on the results of developing relations with the CIS member countries in 2023, including Armenia and Azerbaijan. TASS reports.
“Despite the known political difficulties, as well as the stubborn desire of Western countries to 'drive a wedge' in Russia's relations with Armenia, ties with Yerevan have been maintained at all levels,” she emphasized.
