Someone Attempted to Arson Daniel Ioannisyan's Car: Details

Daniel Ioannisyan, the head of the 'Awareness Citizens' Union' NGO, has addressed the attempt to set his car on fire in a Facebook post:

“Since many of you are asking about the arson of my car, I will explain:
1. Yes, someone attempted to set my car on fire, which was parked in front of my house (they poured fuel on the bumpers and ignited it).
2. My car is covered by KASKO insurance; only the bumper was burned, and I am not worried about the property damage.
3. Yes, the traces lead to corrupt circles among the Nagorno-Karabakh forces, with whom we have recently had reasons to feel pain and who are trying to bring such practices to Armenia (the CivilNet reporter who was beaten is a witness).
4. The perpetrators of the attempted arson in front of my house will be fortunate if their Police finds them first,” he wrote.
