Georgia's New Prime Minister to Make First Visit to Brussels
Georgia's new Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze has stated that his first foreign visit as head of government is already planned, with Brussels as the destination. This was reported by Interfax.
“My first foreign visit to Brussels is scheduled for February 20-21, and it concerns both the European Union and NATO, with the agenda also determined,” Kobakhidze told reporters.
The Georgian Parliament expressed its confidence in Prime Minister Kobakhidze and his government on Thursday evening, with only the defense minister position being changed.
