The High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, who arrived in Kyiv yesterday, was forced to spend his morning in a shelter. The reason was a massive missile attack from Russia, as reported by European Pravda.

"I start my morning in a shelter, air raid sirens are heard all over Kyiv. This is the daily reality of the brave Ukrainian people since Russia began its illegal aggression," Borrell wrote on X. He also published a photo from the shelter.
