Artificial Intelligence is Compared in Significance to the Invention of Writing: Kheroyan

Artificial intelligence is not comparable to inventions like electricity or the internet, but rather to the invention of writing, which has a transformative significance for both the economy and humanity. This was stated by Minister of Economy Vahan Kheroyan at the conference titled 'Artificial Intelligence for Business.'

'The conference is important because it aligns with our main economic policy goal, which is to increase labor productivity,' he said, urging businesses in Armenia to take advantage of the conference's excellent opportunities to implement measures aimed at enhancing productivity and increasing competitiveness.

Kheroyan also informed that the government adopted a program last week aimed at assisting 'traditional companies' in digital transformation, including the integration of artificial intelligence within their operations.
