«Our Country is Being Governed from Baku»: Levon Kocharyan
Levon Kocharyan, a member of the National Assembly's Armenia bloc, stated on his Telegram channel: "Unfortunately, our country is de facto being governed from Baku," pointing out similarities between Prime Minister Pashinyan's and President Aliyev's statements regarding discussions on constitutional changes in Armenia.
