Today, former police chief Vladimir Gasparyan made a statement in court. Addressing the judge, Gasparyan said that he has a distinguished biography.

“I am an honorary prosecutor, an honorary chekist, an honorary employee of the investigative committee. My biography has also gone through there; I worked for 3 years in the prosecutor's office with Hovsepyan. Those systems are my native systems. I have even provided apartments to those systems,” he stated.
