“Armenia Must Be Able to Defend Its Sovereignty and Its Population”: French Ambassador to Armenia

I had the honor of participating in the event dedicated to the formation of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia. This was noted by Olivier Decottignies, the French Ambassador to Armenia, in his microblog.

“Armenia must be able to defend its sovereignty and its population. France is committed to its defense relations with Armenia and is developing strategic intimacy between our two countries,” he wrote.
