Fire Breaks Out in Yerevan, Car Destroyed and Injuries Reported

On January 26, at 14:09, the National Crisis Management Center received a report about a burning car in the vicinity of a building on Gusan Sheram Street in Yerevan. This was announced by the rescue service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Two fire and rescue units from the Yerevan rescue department were dispatched to the scene, along with an operational group from the National Crisis Management Center.

The fire was contained by 14:37 and extinguished by 15:08. A BMW X3 was destroyed in the fire (driver identified as A. B., born in 1997), along with part of the suspended ceiling at a nearby automotive service point, covering approximately 4 square meters.

As a result of the fire, two individuals have been injured and were hospitalized at a medical center.
