Major Car Accident in Yerevan

A major chain-reaction car accident occurred today, January 22, in Yerevan. Around 11:20 AM, vehicles driven by 22-year-old Musheg Hovhannisyan (Nissan Skyline), 24-year-old Vahan Hakobyan (Mercedes), 45-year-old Samvel Stamboltsyan (Mitsubishi), 27-year-old Minas Hayrapetyan (Honda Fit), and 64-year-old Arthur Hovhannisyan (Toyota Prado) collided on Sherami Street.

According to Shamshyan, preliminary reports indicate that there were no injuries from the accident. However, traffic in the area became severely congested, as the vehicles were scattered across different sections of the road, with three of them parked.

The drivers underwent sobriety tests at the scene and were found to be sober. Documentation regarding the incident is being processed at the 3rd battalion of the Yerevan Police Department.
