Avinyan Prepares to Build Roads in Yerevan with Loans and Debts: ‘Hraparak’

‘Hraparak’ newspaper reports that the Armenian government is preparing to take another loan from the Asian Development Bank to construct the road segment of Isaac- Arshakuniats Avenue in Yerevan. The loan amount is 60 million euros.

Essentially, Avinyan plans to build roads in Yerevan using loans and debts, leaving the burden of repayment on future authorities and generations. However, it remains unclear what the collected budget revenues, which the ruling Civil Contract Party proudly boasts about, are being spent on.
